St. Matthew’s Catholic School is proud to be recognized as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School. From age 2 through 8th grade, our students are taught leadership skills rooted in the principles of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – including habits like being proactive, working collaboratively, and striving for continuous growth. Through the Leader in Me framework, we empower every student to apply these habits in their daily lives. At SMS, leadership is nurtured through a Catholic lens, guiding students to become confident, faith-filled leaders who live out their values with purpose. Several leadership opportunities are presented to students throughout the school year.
